A notification on the Talabat app led an Arab woman to catch her husband with a foreign girl in a hotel room in Dubai.
After the discovery, the wife quarreled with her husband who launched an assault on her.
The woman later filed a complaint with the police stating that she received multiple injuries in the assault.

The case has reached Court after the police referred the matter to the public prosecution.
The court of first instance has however acquitted the husband of the charge of assault and the ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeals.
The incident dates back to June 2020 when an Arab woman received a notification from the Talabat app and she called the restaurant staff which confirmed the validity of the request and its address at a hotel in Dubai.
The woman went directly to the hotel and caught her husband with a foreign girl inside the room. (AW)
