UAE temperatures continue to cool down, records 19 degrees in some areas

Several locations in the UAE on Wednesday, September 26, recorded temperatures as low as 19 degrees, as the temperature continues to cool down in the Gulf state.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) reported that five areas in the UAE recorded cold temperatures ranging from 19 to 22 degrees. These areas include Mebreh Mountain (19.7 degrees), Damtha (20.1 degrees), Jais Mountain (20.7 degrees), Raknah (20.9 degrees), and Al Shuaibah (21.8 degrees).

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, September 25, the temperature only peaked at 43 degrees with the five hottest areas being Madinat Zayed (43.1 degrees), Um Azimul (42.6 degrees), Razeen (42.6 degrees), Barakah (42.4 degrees), and Al Wathbah (42.4 degrees).

The weather today will be “fair in general, but partly cloudy at times” according to NCM with temperatures falling gradually. Light to moderate winds will also be experienced in the country.
