A 6-year-old girl playing with other children outside the building of Hor Al Anz in Dubai when a Pakistani man lured her into the building, molested her, and forced her to watch porn video clip.
According to the girl’s Indian father, he received a call around 5:40 pm from a mother of another girl and informed him that his daughter had been sexually harassed in their building.
The victim’s father immediately reported it to the police and said other kids had been victims of sexual harassment prior to the incident. The police confirmed receiving several complaints about the incident in the same building, reported Khaleej Times.
The complaint was filed on May 10, 2017, at Al Muraqqabat police station.
In the Court of First Instance on Sunday, January 21, 2018, the prosecutors heard that the 28-year-old Pakistani assistant mechanic was in the building to drop business cards when he saw the little girl, grabbed her hand, and took her to the top of the building.
The defendant then allegedly touched the victim inappropriately, kissed her, and made her watch porn video clip.
During the interrogation, the accused admitted molesting her but denied showing her any pornographic clip.
Prosecutors suggested a stiff penalty be inflicted on him.
The suspect was charged of molestation and possession of morally inappropriate material.
