An Indian expat in the UAE took home Dh15 million (Php214,848,267 approx.) after winning the Big Ticket Abu Dhabi raffle on Thursday, January 3.
The expat, named Sarath Purushothaman, was shocked when her ticket no. 083733 was called as the grand prize winner.
Another Indian national, Jinachandran Vazhoor Narayanan, won the second prize worth Dh100,000 of cash. Another Indian snatched the third prize worth Dh90,000.
In total, eight Indian nationals won cash prizes alongside one Pakistani and one Fijian.
