The temperature in the UAE continues to drop as winter season draws near with some areas recording temperature as low as 11 degrees on Sunday, November 4.
According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), the lowest recorded temperature today was 11.7 degrees at Jais Mountain. Other areas which experienced a cold morning include Mebreh Mountain (12.6 degrees), Damtha (14.4 degrees), Raknah (15.1 degrees), and Ashaab (16.1 degrees).

Meanwhile, in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the average temperatures are 30 degrees and 32 degrees respectively. At night, residents will experience a cooler temperature at 23 degrees and 21 degrees respectively.
Overall weather for the day will be fair to partly cloudy with moderate to fresh winds.
Residents are also warned of the rough waters at the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea with waves that could go as high as eight feet.
