Manila Mayor Isko Moreno donates Php5 million to Cotabato quake victims

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has donated at least Php5 million to the residents affected by the multiple quakes that hit the region in October. 
 
The Manila Public Information Office said Moreno gave his P3 million talent fee from pharmaceutical company Pascual Laboratories, and his P2 million pay from cosmetic dermatology and surgery expert Belo Medical Group. 
 
A magnitude 6.6 quake hit Tulunan town in Cotabato last week, just days apart from another strong quake. 
 
At least 7 people were killed and 60 others were left injured. 
 
The epicenter of the recent quakes was at Tulunan town in Cotabato, 
 
President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the immediate assistance to residents and fast tracking of the region’s rehabilitation. 
 
On Friday, series of aftershocks were felt anew in the town. 
 
State seismology agency Phivolcs is currently monitoring the active fault lines in the area for a possible stronger quake.
