Several reporters and journalists from GMA Network took to social media to show their support for ABS-CBN amid the latter’s Congress hearing for franchise renewal.
The journalists said that they stand in solidarity with the network, and that they have nothing but respect and admiration, especially for their co-reporters, despite their networks technically being competitors.
Ivan Mayrina said that he sympathizes with his co-journalists from “Mother Ignacia,” where the headquarters of ABS-CBN is located.

Raffy Tima said that he wishes to continue work alongside them in the field.

Meanwhile, Sandra Aguinaldo also wished the best for the network, saying that “This Kapuso is thinking of her Kapamilya friends.”
