The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority has ordered the administrative closure of Amina Restaurant after inspectors found violations of the emirate’s food safety regulations that posed a risk to public health.
The closure was issued under Law No. (2) of 2008 on food safety and its implementing regulations, following repeated violations and the restaurant’s failure to take effective corrective measures.
ADAFSA said the action was necessary to protect consumer health and ensure compliance with food safety standards. The restaurant will remain closed until it rectifies the violations and meets all required food safety conditions.
The authority also emphasized its commitment to conducting regular inspections of food establishments across Abu Dhabi to maintain public health and safety.
