A six-week sale awaits shoppers this summer in Dubai.
The annual Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) is offering a mega sale to be held from June 22 to August 4, reported Khaleej Times, in what could be described as an affair of retail experiences and events.
The sale will entitle customers 25 to 75 per cent discounts throughout its six-week run.
To kick things off, the DSS will offer a 12-hour sale on its opening day. On top of this, it will be holding a daily deal of the day offer, weekend destination offerings and a final weekend sale.
12-hour sale
Shoppers are set to enjoy 25 up to 90 per cent discounts on selected items to be offered by retail outlets at Majid Al Futtaim malls in Dubai during the 12-hour sale, which will run from 12pm to 12am on June 22.
Deal of the Day
The public will be treated to a different shopping deal every day throughout the DSS, from June 23 to August 1. Customers can catch great buys from fashion items to homewares and a chance to snag offers at a specified shopping location every day.
Partner firms in the DSS include Emirates, The Dubai Mall, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, AW Rostamani Group, Al Futtaim Group (Dubai Festival City), Nakheel Malls (Ibn Battuta Mall, Dragon Mart 1, Dragon Mart 2), Dubai Duty Free, ENOC, Al Zarooni Group (Mercato), Meraas and Etisalat.
