Her Highness Sheikha Naila bint Rashid Al Nuaimi, the sister of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, passed away, the Ajman Ruler’s Court announced on Sunday, January 19.
In a statement, the Ruler’s Court said that HH Sheikh Humaid and the Al Nuaimi family are mourning the death of Sheikha Naila, expressing their heartfelt grief and praying to Allah the Almighty to rest her soul in Paradise.
A host of UAE Rulers, Sheikhs, dignitaries, and officials gathered at the Al Rawdha Mosque at the Al Jurf Area in Ajman to perform funeral prayers on the body of royal family member.
Funeral prayers were also performed by a number of Sheikhs, heads of departments, dignitaries, Emiratis, expatriate residents, and officials.
The body of the deceased was then laid to rest at the Al Jurf cemetery.
Their Highnesses UAE leaders offered condolences to the bereaved family of Sheikha Naila.
