NCM: More rain to hit UAE until Tuesday

Residents in the UAE can expect more rain over the next few days as the winter season approaches the country, the National Center for Meteorology announced.

According to NCM, rainfall will be experienced in parts of the UAE until Tuesday, November 13.

In its weekly forecast, NCM said that the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy with rainfall on Monday and Tuesday. Rains are also coupled by winds ranging from 22-45 km/hour.


NCM also posted several videos of rainfall experienced in different areas in the country.


Earlier, Abu Dhabi Police circulated a warning message for residents in the area following continuous rain showers in the capital as well as parts in the UAE.

“Due to bad weather, please stay indoors and (do) not go out,” as per the warning message from ADP

A netizen took a photo of a tree that fell down at the Abu Dhabi Corniche due to the strong winds.

Meanwhile, weather today, November 12, will be partly cloudy to cloudy with convective clouds and rainfall in scattered areas in the country, especially in western and northern coastal areas.

Sea will also be rough in Arabian sea and slight to moderate in Oman Sea.
