The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources on Monday, June 11, has announced that the Eid Al Fitr holiday for public sector will begin on Thursday 29th Ramadan, which corresponds to 14th June, until 3rd Shawwal, which is yet to be declared.
The Authority has conveyed its greetings to the UAE leaders Their Highnesses President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, on the occasion.
The date of holidays for the private sector has yet to be announced, but it usually lasts for two days, compared to three days in public sector.
