Hot weather continues, temp hits 35°C this morning

Weather in the UAE today, June 6, is expected to be hot and hazy at times during daytime, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) announced.

There will also be a possibility of convective cloud formation eastwards by afternoon, as per the NCM.

The weather bureau likewise advised the public regarding light to moderate winds freshening at times towards the afternoon.

Relative humidity is also seen to increase over the east coast in the morning.

The highest temperature recorded as of June 6, from 12 midnight to 8am, is 35 °C in Dubai, followed by Mezaira and Shoukah at 34.2 degrees.

Meanwhile, the lowest temperature recorded was at Jais Mountain at 26.9°C.

The highest temperature recorded yesterday was at 47.3 °C in Madinat Zayed.
