The Dubai Civil Defense has announced that there were no casualties in the fire that broke out in a residential building in Dubai Marina yesterday, May 13.
The fire began at Zen Tower, 11:00 AM, as per the civil defense report, which was fanned by the windy and dusty weather.
Authorities said that the fire started at the building’s exterior and not from the inside.
Meanwhile, the Dubai Media Office said on Twitter that residents were evacuated just in time and that no one got hurt in the fire incident. Firefighters were able to control the fire within 45 minutes.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The building is located near Sheikh Zayed Road on the Jebel Ali side of the marina, just before the exit to Garn Al Sabkah street.
