The Bureau of Immigration will recognize an immigration officer for his honest act of returning $1,900 amount of money that he found at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Bureau of Immigration officer Reimond Lagman found the money at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1.
Lagman surrendered the money immediately to the lost and found section of NAIA.
Despite his low salary, Lagman said he did not think of stashing money to himself.
Authorities are still looking for the owner of the lost money.
