The United OFW Basketball League’s Unrated Papawis games saw Falcons soar just inches higher than the Dubai Thunders, winning 69-68 at the ongoing league.

Falcons took advantage of the Dubai Thunders’ seemingly weak defenses as the first and second quarter saw a huge 24-point lead during the first half of the game.

Thunders got into their A-game back in the 3rd quarter as they slowly closed the gap between the scores with several foul troubles for Falcon players edging towards a mere 10-point lead by the beginning of the 4th quarter.

With one minute on the clock on the fourth quarter and 69-66 on the scores, Thunders shot another two-pointer leading to the 69-68 score.

Falcons took the victory and will be facing TLG on the final match.

Here are the other game results.
