As of noon today, the Philippines swept various events that cemented the country’s dominance in Sea Games with 113 gold medals, 86 silver medals and 90 bronze medals.
Indonesia is a far second with 66-63-79 gold-silver-bronze record followed by Vietnam with 66-62-79.
The Philippines’ best performance in Seagames was in 2005, with 113 gold medal finish. It was also the year when the Philippines was the host country. The wushu team hauled 12 of those gold medals.
