It was the usual cliffhanger action in the hardcourt at the second game of the fifth season of United Overseas Filipino Workers Basketball League (UOFWBL) where Basket Gearz faced off with Hoops for Hope (H4H).

At half time, Basketball Gearz was way ahead on cruise control with a comfortable lead of 10 points.

“Hindi na muling nakabangon ang H4H,” said Echague.

The match closed at 71-44 to Basketball Gearz’ favor.
