Donaire sets to fight Inoue for WBA World Bantamweight Championships

The “Filipino Flash” Nonito Donaire is set to fight Japanese juggernaut Naoya “The Monster” Inoue on November 7 at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan.

After defeating the Irishman Ryan Burnett via Total Knock Out after fourth round, Donaire (45 wins, 5 loses, 26 KOs) made his way to the finals, to engage fight against Stephon Young- which was a late replacement for Zolani Tete in the Semifinals.

On the other hand, Inoue has 18 wins, with 0 losses, and 16 knockouts punched out to hole Juan Carlos Payano and Emmanuel Enriquez through combined three rounds of action.

Donaire and Inoue will have face-to-face for the IBF and the WBA (Super) World Bantamweight Championships, aside from the Muhammad Ali Trophy and the title of WBSS Bantamweight Tournament Champion.
