People might be cheering for the New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady on the field but not with his cliff jumping video with his 6-year-old daughter Vivian.
In a report from NBC news, the Internet including celebrities and icons expressed dismayed over Brady’s Instagram post of him cliff diving with daughter Vivian in Costa Rica.
On the video, Brady jumps off a small near a waterfall together with his daughter.
Brady on his IG account captioned the photo: “If Vivi is going to be an Olympic champion one day, it probably won’t be in synchronized diving. Daddy always gives her a 10 though!”
For others who saw the video, it seems like Vivian was nowhere ready and was dragged by his father.
Netizens said it was a painful video to watch and was even holding on to their seats afraid that Vivian will hit the rock or might injure her shoulders.
Professional surfer Kelly Slater commented, “That shoulder ok?” paired with a nervous emoji, seeming to refer to Vivian’s landing.
Another comment from Former NFL quarterback Brett Favre said that: “Vivian might get a “10,” but Brady gets a “thumbs down emoji” for the jump.
Even Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson can’t help but comment too with the video: “You know I have complete faith in you as a man, friend, player and father — but this just gave me anxiety. Geeezus,”
