Dionisia had been supporting his son in his recent boxing match while watching him compete live and praying at the same time.

She gained popularity during Pacquiao’s early years in boxing where she always opted not to watch the fight but pray for her son until the boxing match was over.

The World Boxing Association welterweight bout is set to happen in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 20.

Pacquiao trains under his long-time mentor Freddie Roach at the Wildcard Gym.

Pacquiao will be 41 years-old in December while Thurman is 10 years younger. He’s also unbeaten and ten years younger that the Pinoy boxing champ.
