PICE-UAE chapter holds annual Sportsfest 2019

The Philippine Institute for Civil Engineers – UAE Chapter successfully held their annual one-day Sportsfest at the gymnasium of the Al Nahda School for Girls last May 3.

In attendance was Vice Consul Von Ryan Pangwi, together with more than 200 engineers and guests led by their 2019 PICE-UAE President, Bernie Favorito in their aim to foster the spirit of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and unity with their members.

Games participated by their members included basketball, volleyball, chess, darts, badminton, as well as popular Pinoy group games such as Tug of War and Sack Race.

Red team emerged as the champions of this year’s games with the Blue team as the first runner up. White Fang team and Black Panther teams came in 2nd and 3rd runner up respectively.
