MANILA, Philippines – the Sixers kept the Raptors at bay, 94-89, to tie their best-of-seven NBA Eastern Conference semifinals series at 1-1, leading by as many as 19 points in the first half, 45-26, before the Raptors came back behind on a wid stampede.
The Raptors had a chance to tie the game but Danny Green missed a wide-open three-point attempt, according to a Rappler report.
Jimmy Butler, who also had 11 rebounds and 5 assists, kept the Sixers afloat in the closing minutes as the Raptors came out charging in the second half.
Kawhi Leonard Leonard came out with a game-high 35 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the Raptors.
