League of Legacy holds 5th annual tournament for the benefit of Davao school

The League for Legacy recently held their 5th annual volleyball tournament for a cause for the benefit of students from Upper Sirib Elementary School in Davao as well as for the Barangay Capuling Day Care Center at Iloilo.

Dan Lester Dabon, host of TFT Lifestyle TV and founder of the League for Legacy, shares that after four consecutive years of aiding the House of Hope for kids with Cancer, they chose to provide support for children who are out to make a difference for the nation’s future.

More than 100 players comprised of 12 teams vied for the championship, with FEVA All-Star winning the finals, beating team Club 7 following many intense matches from two brackets.

Mythical 6: Mckoy, Dadha, Rizwan, Mohammad, Souly, Alex

Best Setter– Uros- Club 7

Best Blocker– Abueg- FEVA- All-Star

Best Digger– Jason- FEVA- All-Star

Best Receiver– Carlo- FEVA- All-Star

Best Server– Milos- Club 7

Best Spiker– Milos- Club 7

The event also hailed D’ Legacy Distinction Awardees who had been instrumental in making the 5-year League of Legacy tournaments happen: Allen Dale Mendoza, Mark Paul de Jesus, Mckoy Albuera, Clyde Manzano, Macmac Praxidio, Jayr Castro, Cris Maluay, Leugim Dawis.

The tournament was held at the American Community School grounds with the help from their partners such as LBC, Ottogi Noodles, Eurocake, NCCC Cares, Power Thread Tailoring at SkillPlus Sports Services.
