The Kalayaan Ambassador’s Cup 2018 concluded its series of games last June 22 with PCGFI MUG Join Forces team winning the Men’s league and the GGBAI Knights claiming the top spot for the Women’s league.

The league was headed by the Abu Dhabi Guardians Founders Council (ADGFC) and the United Women’s Ballers Association (UWBA). The men’s league was officiated by the United Filipinos Overseas Sports Association (UFOSA) while the women’s league was handled by UWBA. Threads and Needles serves as their official tailoring partner.
The Kalayaan Ambassador’s Cup 2018 is part of the series of events for Abu Dhabi’s Philippine Independence Day celebrations organized by the Bayanihan Council in Abu Dhabi, headed by their Chairman Engr. Elmer Casao. The PID 2018 chairman of events is Ron Precilla, Vice President of the Bayanihan Council in Abu Dhabi.
