Kobe Paras, the son of Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) legend Benjie Paras and actress Jackie Forster has been making a name of his own, maybe not in the acting scene like his brother Andre, but in the sports side. With his angelic face and good physique, women blush and gush whenever his around.

When asked how he maintains his body, the 18-year-old said that it’s all about being active and eating moderately. “I go to the gym as much as I can and be active.

I think you just have to find an activity you enjoy so you can stick with it,” the basketball player said. As for food, he said that he eats everything but in moderation.

He is a great believer that from time to time food indulgence is not a crime. Kobe also said that the secret to his great stamina and physique is powerlifting.

“I’ve been lifting weights for 4 years. It’s my main workout. I’m open to try other things but I don’t think I will ever let go of powerlifting,” he said. Kobe is currently dating Filipino- American model Gabrielle Current.
