DMCI launches Verdon Parc’s final building at Davao

“As reflected by Verdon Parc’s consistent strong sales performance, more and more Davaoeños are seeing residential condos as versatile solutions to urban living challenges,”

The country’s first quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has launched their fourth and final building at the Verdon Parc development in Davao City – This comes with positive prospects for the real estate industry at urban areas outside Metro Manila.

As per DMCI, the construction of the 22-level residential tower Maurin completes the masterplan of the four-building development along Ecoland Drive corner Peacock Street in Davao City which is DMCI Homes initial foray into the Mindanao property market.

The first three buildings Martel, Belvedere, and Trevans have been a hit among end-users and investors alike owing to the development’s resort feel and proximity to commercial establishments, educational institutions, places of worship, hospitals and government agencies in downtown Davao.

As of January 28, Verdon Parc’s first three buildings have sold a combined 837 units worth a total of P2.76B.

“As reflected by Verdon Parc’s consistent strong sales performance, more and more Davaoeños are seeing residential condos as versatile solutions to urban living challenges,” DMCI Homes Assistant Vice-President for Marketing Jan Venturanza said.

“They have come to appreciate the conveniences of condo living which is also evident in the vibrant and thriving condo market in Davao,” he added.

Maurin, which is targeted for completion in October 2021, offers a mix of spacious 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units ideal for start-up families and young professionals according to DMCI.

The units with gross floor area ranging from 28 to 56.5 square meters (sq.m.) are reasonably priced at P2.9 million onwards.

Designed with DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt Technology, Maurin, like Belvedere and Trevans will have sky patios which allow ambient light and fresh air to permeate the building and all unit spaces within.
