Careers UAE 2017 kickstarts 3-day event

The 17th edition of Careers UAE opened its doors, today, April 9, at Dubai World Trade Center where both public and private sector organizations from the region and across the world are hosting on-the-spot hiring processes for Emiratis who are looking for job opportunities.

Dubbed as the country’s leading recruitment exhibition for Emiratis, Careers UAE, which plays a key role in facilitating public and private Emiratization employment initiatives, is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, The Khaleej Times reported.

Emirati career hopefuls are expected to meet top exhibitors from companies and agencies both local and international, including the UAE Armed Forces, Emirates Airline, Al Futtaim Group, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Emirates Global Aluminium, Dubai Police and the Dubai Government Human Resources Department.

Interactive workshops, as well as, one-one-one CV evaluations sessions will be hosted by Bayt.com, the online recruitment portal.

A Youth Circles Forum to empower the youth in expressing their opinions on employment in the UAE through a series of discussions will also take place.

The event will run until April 11, Tuesday.
