The Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has assured that no employee will lose their jobs because of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
In a statement posted on their Twitter, Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Chairman of ADCB Group, noted that there will be continuity of employment at the bank.
“The banking sector plays an important role in ensuring UAE residents and businesses are supported in these challenging times and ADCB Group recognizes the importance of expressing solidarity with our employees and their families as they carry out their roles in this challenging period,” the chairman said.
He added that their decision applies across the ADCB Group, including Al Hilal Bank. They will also continue to implement initiatives to drive greater efficiency and protect the value of their businesses.
