The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Tuesday said two Filipinos abroad died after being diagnosed with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
In its latest advisory, DFA said the fatalities were recorded in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.

The foreign affairs department said 169 Filipinos overseas tested positive for COVID-19.
Of the confirmed cases, 111 of which are in the Asia-Pacific region, 20 each in Europe and America and 17 cases in Middle East.

DFA said around 90 of the confirmed cases were discharged or recovered while the remaining 77 patients is still undergoing treatment.
It added that a total of 25 countries and regions have reported cases of Filipinos with COVID-19.
