WATCH: UAE intensifies sanitation on public transpo vs. COVID-19

The Integrated Transport Centre in Abu Dhabi showcased how it sanitizes different modes of public transportation in the capital as part of its precautionary measures against the coronavirus disease or COVID-19.
The ITC formed a team of professionals to sanitize different modes of public transportation to prevent the spread of the virus.

Public buses are being sterilized every after operation and in its every trip. Bus stations are also being cleaned up every two hours on a daily basis.
Taxis are being sterilized during the start and end of each operation. The ITC also equipped drivers to clean their vehicles every trip.

School buses have been sterilized but will not be used until Spring break. Ferries and stations were sterilized.
E-scooters are also being sterilized every hour and before the units will returned to their warehouses.
