LOOK: New police chief of Argao, Cebu now netizens’ apple of the eye

Argao Municipal Police Station in Cebu is still in the limelight after their new police chief was announced.
Netizens, mostly women, went gaga over the good-looking Police Captain Elstone Dabon Jr., who now sits as the new police chief of Argao town.
He replaced Police Major Ildefonso Miranda, who was arrested on Thursday evening after he was found sleeping with a female detainee inside his office.
In an interview with local radio station dyLA, the new police chief thanked those who admired him but refutes some naysayer’s claim that all he could offer was his good looks.
“Ang importante ang atong performance pag-prove nga worthy ko as chief of police sa Argao (What is most important is our performance to prove that I am worthy to become the chief of police of Argao),” Dabon said.
The 25-year-old Dabon was formerly assigned at the Regional Mobile Force Company in Sibonga town.
He graduated from the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) back in 2016. He was also previously assigned in the cities of Cebu and Mandaue.
After the news of his assignment to Argao, there were several civilians who had already visited the police station just to take a picture together with the new police chief.
But the big question, is he still single?
Sorry to break your heart ladies, but Dabon is currently in a relationship.
Nonetheless, Police Col. Roderick Mariano, director of the Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO) is thankful that the public can now have a fresh start with Dabon at the help of the police force in Argao.
