Two passengers of an Australian plane took an extreme yet unnecessary measure to protect themselves from the threat of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
In a video posted on Twitter by @Alyss423, two passengers were seen covered with plastic sheets while on board a plane.
“[This was] Currently behind me on the plane. When you [are] super scared of #coronavirus,” the fellow passenger captioned her tweet.

The pair was also seen wearing gloves as well as surgical masks.
The drastic measures of the duo went viral with two hundred thousand views and a thousand retweets.
Cases of COVID-19 spread to more than 60 countries already and infected 84,000 people worldwide.
