A mall in Taguig City lights up in purple and gold colors as it pays tribute to basketball legend Kobe Bryant.
The colors represent the Los Angeles Lakers, where Bryant played for his 20-season career.
Photos of the building in Uptown Bonifacio were shared on their Facebook page on Monday evening.
“Legends are not born, they are created. Thank you, Kobe Bryant,” they wrote on their caption.
Netizens thanked the initiative of the developer in paying tribute to the basketball star.
The post was shared 5,638 times and gained more than 7,000 reactions, as of this writing.

In this United States, several buildings were also lit up in purple and gold colors to honor the late superstar.
Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, and seven others were killed in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California on Sunday (early morning, PH Time).
Their deaths came as a shock to most people, especially for basketball fans all over the globe.
