NCM explains that this weather is due to an extension of a surface low pressure system associated with an upper trough of low pressure.
The sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf, while sea activity will be moderate to rough at times in the Oman Sea on Sunday with the same conditions expected to last until Monday.
The temperature will still be between 4C to25C.
NCM also forecasts a fairer weather condition by Tuesday, noting a slight increase of temperature by then.
The state weather bureau likewise warned motorists for Wednesday and Thursday morning as NCM anticipates mist or fog formations during these days.
