Worker in UAE faces charges for insulting boss

A worker in the Ras Al Khaimah is facing charges before the emirate’s Misdemeanour Court after swearing at his Arab employer.
According to a report of Khaleej Times, court records showed that the African worker insulted his boss by calling him a ‘thief’.
He also threatened to harm his employer for his unclaimed entitlements from the company.
The worker admitted before the RAK Public Prosecution, as per the report, that he hurled insults against his boss, but denied the allegations that he threatened to kill him.
He said he lost his temper when his boss declined to give him his due money.
The court will release a decision next week.
