It’s always a winter wonderland in Moscow, Russia.
However, this year may be a bit different, as it has been snowless for the past two weeks.
In fact, this year’s temperature has been considered the warmest in over a century at 4 degrees Celsius and is expected to increase as high as 7 degrees Celsius next week, as per a report from The Straits Times.
On average, Moscow usually has a normal average temperature of around minus 6 degrees Celsius during this month.
Because of this unusual weather condition, Sokolniki park, popular with skiers and figure skaters in the winter, was closed.
