OFW gets job offer from Willie Revillame

Sacrifice is the driving force of Ogie, an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW). On December 12, he joined ‘Wowowin’ as a contestant for the segment “Willie of Fortune”. Although he did not win, he got a job offer from host Willie Revillame.

When asked by Revillame on why he will be leaving this Christmas, the OFW shared that he already passed the interview as a utility worker.

The former promodizer painfully confessed that he spent almost P120,000 and sold the tricycle he bought from his previous savings to snag the career he applied for.

The audience burst into tears as Ogie and his wife exchanged messages on air.

Mahal na mahal ka namin,” the teary-eyed wife said.

Mahal na mahal ko kayo,” Ogie said to his wife and son.

Meanwhile, the OFW’s mother advised him to stay strong abroad.

After hearing the OFW’s heartbreaking situation, Revillame finally gave him an offer.

The host asked if he’s willing to be a part of the production by starting as a Production Assistant while they both take part in paying the owed money.

“Ayaw mo bang kausapin yung kumpanya? Kunwari kukuhanin kita dito, bibigyan kitang P25,000 a month? Dahan-dahan nating bayaran. Babayaran ko yung kalahati, babayaran mo yung kalahati, diba?” Revillame insisted.

The host asked the OFW whether he can put the proposal into consideration so that he won’t go abroad anymore to spend time with his family this Christmas season.
