LOOK: 40 flights at NAIA still canceled

There were still a total of 40 flights both domestic and international that were affected by Tropical Storm Tisoy as of today.

A total of 11 international flights and 29 domestic flights were still affected according to the advisory from the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA).
