UAE employers mull hiring a jobless man in Dubai who personally visit popular radio presenter Kris Fade in a gym to help him land a job.

Holding his head high, Osman Rohail’s rushed to the gym after watching Fade’s pre-work out IG story. He then waited for 45 minutes to meet the radio host and share his compelling story.

Fade runs a segment called ‘Job Watch’ on his morning program at Virgin Radio Dubai.

Moved by Osman’s story, the radio host posted on Instagram a clip of his interview with the jobless man.

“This legend traveled 40 minutes to find me at the gym. We had never met, nor spoke before. The connection we had was beautiful. He needed help, assistance and guidance. All I can do is connect him with my audience,” Fade said.

Teary-eyed, the 31-year-old man explained in the video clip that he lost his job three months ago. He also shared that he has an eight years of work experience on HR training.

Inspired and touched by Osman’s story, some netizens already expressed their interest in hiring him.

“That’s what this community is all about, you feel for others and stand by them. How amazing of you Kris Osman pm me your details please,” one user commented.

The viral post has now gained 24,000 views and 2,658 likes.
