Umm Al Quwain reports highest amount of rainfall as thunderstorms continue at UAE’s northern emirates

Torrential rains continue to pour across the UAE’s Northern Emirates with rainfall amount reaching 40 mm in the past hours in Umm Al Quwain.

UAE’s Storm Center reports that this is the highest amount of rainfall recorded to date for November 2019.

In other areas, Ras Al Khaimah is likewise currently experiencing huge flow of rain water, specifically at the Shuhada Street Valleys, according to Storm Center.

The public is advised to take extra caution on the roads as the NCM has issued a dust alert in Abu Dhabi.
