Sta. Lucia Land to put up Php20B in capital expenditures for property development in the next 3 years

Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (SLI) is set complete the development of a 97-hectare property in Davao City by 2022.

The Las Colinas Verdes in Eden, Davao City will feature a 2.7-hectare, man-made lake, as well as amenities including a community clubhouse with multipurpose function hall, swimming pool, basketball court, and children’s playground.

In a description on its website, the property was described as a “paradise sanctuary,” offering an opulent and lush environment to its homeowners.

This is just one of the residential estates of SLI together with Monteverde Digos in Davao del Sur, Summit Point in Lipa City, Batangas, Hacienda Verde in Iloilo City, Ponte Verde in Davao in Davao City, Soller Davao, The Yanarra Seaside Residences in Nasugbu, Batangas, The Lake at Charbel in Dasmarinas, Cavite, Spring Oaks Residences in Laguna, and more.

According to a report by Business Mirror, SLI will launch 28 more new residential projects, as well as five condominium/hotel projects in 2019 that will generate P20-billion in reservation sales for the next three years.

SLI also committed to spend Php20-billion in capital expenditures over the next three years to support its expansion where P16-billion will go to projects in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Batangas, Iloilo, Pangasinan, Palawan, Cebu, and Davao.

The remaining Php4-billion will be spent on land acquisitions.
