Parents of a 20-year-old student in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur will no longer see their son receiving his diploma on graduation day after he got electrocuted and died while cutting the branches of a tree at his teacher’s backyard.

However, Gomuyen did not notice the electrical wire cable and accidentally touched it. He fell from the tree after that.
