UAE’s Ajman Police released a video to warn pedestrians not to cross on undesignated areas.
A video warning has been posted on Twitter to raise awareness on what could be the impact of violating pedestrian rules which includes crossing to dangerous areas.
A person can be fined with Dh400 if he or she crosses undesignated portions of the road.
The same fine will be imposed to those pedestrians who cross the street with traffic lights.
Authorities also reminded motorist to observe the correct road speed limits and slow down on pedestrian lanes.
A fine of Dh500 and 6 black points will be given to violators.
