Emirates, Dubai’s flag carrier, has announced new jobs for UAE nationals in customer services as well as administrative and logistic sectors.
The company urged nationals with respective qualifications in each sector to apply for the jobs.
“Job opportunities in Emirates are always open for UAE national, we have various educational, training and vocational programs to qualify them,” Emirates’ operations CEO Adel Al Rida told the Arabic language daily Emarat Alyoum.
“Our future plans are based on the need to rely on nationals to meet our needs for pilots and engineers, our needs exceed 500 jobs in various sectors every year.”
Rida noted that Emirates employs more than 22,000 cabin crew members from over 140 nationalities and it needs 3,500-4,000 more every year due to the steady growth in the company’s operations.
“We call upon UAE citizens to seize these opportunities offered by Emirates. They can join air hospitality jobs which permit them to gain vast experiences and get acquainted with cultures around the world,” he said.
Rida noted that Emirates, one of the world’s fastest growing airlines, offers attractive salaries and other benefits and incentives to its employees.
