Kapuso actress Kris Bernal turned emotional on her latest vlog after her efforts to retrieve her social media accounts and email reportedly failed.
Bernal said her online acocunts have been hacked, Sunday morning. The actress said she has been unable to retrieve her accounts using her laptop and mobile phone.
The actress said the hacker sent her a message on WhatsApp asking for more than $700 payment.
“I mean I only got like 1.4M followers. It’s not as much as others but it took like how many years to get those,” the actress said.
Kris said that what frustrated her was the fact that she was trying to be more active online because she wants to increase her social media presence.
“I started vlogging and everything dahil gusto ko magkaron ng social media awareness. Gusto ko maging malakas sa socila media because alam ko pag TV talagang may viewers na talaga ako sa TV. Pero sa social media gusto ko ma-capture ‘yong audience na ‘yon,” Kris added.
Kris said that it’s disappointing to know that people would do anything for money. She hopes to resolve and retrieve her account as soon as possible. (Tristan Nodalo)
