In support of the Year of Tolerance, the Department of Transport and the Integrated Transport Centre recently launched a new bus service that would cater to church goers in Abu Dhabi.
Launched last September 20, bus service ‘X9’ is a weekly express transport that operates every Friday with routes that originate from the Abu Dhabi Bus Station and directly stops at the front of St. Joseph’s Cathedral and the Mary, Mother of Jesus Mosque.
Timings for the bus service begin at 6:00 am, with the last trip at 9:00 pm. Trips to and from the bus station take place every 30 minutes.
