Mohammed bin Rashid announces salary bonus for top 5 best-performing UAE gov’t centers

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has announced a two-month salary bonus for the five best-perfoming service centres in the UAE government.

This, as His Highness named on Saturday the five best and five worst centers in terms of services offered to the public.

More than 600 service centers across the country have been covered.

“Today I reviewed the comprehensive evaluation report of services in 600 government centers. We had promised to announce the five best and worst centers,” His Highness posted on his Twitter account.

For the worst-performing agencies, His Highness announced immediate replacement of officials.

“We directed immediate management replacement in the worst centers with highly capable leaders,” His Highness tweeted.

“We ordered director generals to closely monitor their entities and improve centers’ performance in a month and I will visit. Teams of the best centers will receive a two-month salary reward,” His Highness added.

Here are the five best-performing centres that will receive the two-month bonus:

1. Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship’s Fujairah Centre

2. Ministry of Education’s Ajman Centre

3. Ministry of Interior’s Traffic and Licensing Centre in Ajman

4. Ministry of Interior’s Wasit Police Station in Sharjah

5. Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme’s Ras Al Khaimah Centre

Here are the five worst service centres identified:

1. Emirates Post’s Al Khan Branch in Sharjah

2. Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship’s Al Muhaisnah Centre for Preventive Medicine in Dubai

3. Sharjah centre of General pension and Social Security Authority

4. Ministry of Community Development’s Baniyas centre for social affairs in Abu Dhabi

5. Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s Tawteen (Emiratisation) Centre in Fujairah
