The police said that they will coordinate with the Immigration Bureau on the arrest of Young Jun Han.

Han was arrested Tuesday night. Authorities said that there was another warrant of arrest for Han in 2017 for allegedly stealing sweets at another convenience store.

Police officials have yet to find out the motive on why the Korean man kept on stealing chocolates and anything sweet.

“What he had told us was that he began stealing chocolates after his girlfriend left him,” police told the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
