President Rodrigo Duterte has revealed that he will no longer assign a government post to the former Bureau of Corrections Chief Nicanor Faeldon.
Duterte however clarified that he does not see Faeldon as a dishonest man.
“No, I don’t think so. He has had enough of controversies in his in the last few years,” Duterte told GMA News.
Last week, Duterte has fired Faeldon over the release of heinous crime convicts using the Good Conduct Time Allowance system or GCTA.
Duterte said that Faeldon ‘disobeyed his orders’ when implementing the GCTA system.
